Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

The lamp was delivered to the Saratov region by courier. All whole, packed well. The price is cheaper than for valdberis. Tried to hang and up and down. Down the light seemed brighter. Left that way.

The lights are actually amazing. Very heavy and insanely beautiful. When installed, it was difficult to fix it to look up, it was chatting. My husband was making something up. Only the fact that there was a sodrana paint (and under it a copper color, I hope it will not go any further. The store is sociable, returned part of the cost without problems for this flaw.

Super lamps! We liked them very much, they reached the Leningrad region earlier than it was written in the application, the courier brought it right home, everything was packed conscientiously. Took 2 lamps, as you can see in the photo, their glow is slightly different, but this is due to the number of bubbles in the glass. The only disadvantage is that the kit does not include plastic spacers for attaching the glass to the lamp, we had to search and buy separately. A trifle, and it took the time and strength of the search.
