For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

I like the figures. They are very nice. I got one of each, fire and ice. The only disappointment is the light in the smoke is nowhere near as bright as in the photos. If there is any light on in the room, you can barely tell it is on, and pretty much only the front of the cloud really gets lighted. Still the figures are nice and I like them.
