For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

One of the heated beds was very dirty, the other a bit and last ok but i cleaned them all. I noticed it makes noise when you put only your ears on the heated bed then you hear a noise from the mechanism it's not fun!, a constant noise, my cat just sit on it a little bit 1 time only, i think the noise bothered her! It heats up well even too much!, level 5 should not exist, you have to be careful because if animal stays too long it will yes heat it up but even it can burn a little...,i didn't have this problem but it's very hot! At level 1-2 ok but level 3-4-5 in a very long mode i would be worried about leaving animal on it, please watch animal! but I'm still going to keep it.
