Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Came quick to Australia, couple of weeks. Very accurate to description, i like the way you can change the colour of the light but would only use warm settings. Was a little tricky putting together, make sure you don’t lose any small pieces

Item arrived quickly. It is exactly as described, comes with a cold white light which I’ll change to a warm white light, other than that very happy with purchase.
Unfortunately my lamp arrived broken. The light bulb section and the plug were completely destroyed, in to dust. The lantern itself also has a few holes in the paper, which is very thin and super fragile. The metal frame and legs of the lamp are sturdy and look good. It's very sad I was looking forward to this lamp. Just waiting for the store to respond to my refund request.
Stunning lamp! Looks accurate and similar compared to the original Akari Lamp that costs way more! At first I thought the item would arrive in a month or so but fortunately it only took 12 days for it to arrive to Toronto. Highly recommend! Also for anyone who prefers warm light, the lamp comes with a included led bulb (cool, daylight color temperature instead of warm, soft white), but luckily I found a spare Philips 2700k bulb in my room to replace it.
